Top Managers
Two ladders, two leaderboards. Paid is the credential ladder. Free is the casual one.
Provisional = fewer than 5 leagues on this ladder.
How the leaderboard works
Managers are ranked by their Gaffer Score, a rating every manager starts at 1200. When a league settles, the rating moves on your finish against the other managers in it: beating a higher-rated manager gains the most, and losing to a lower-rated one costs the most.
Paid and free leagues have separate ladders, and the paid ladder shows first. A manager with fewer than 5 leagues on a ladder is provisional; the toggle above shows or hides provisional managers.
Tiers: Bronze below 1200, Silver 1200 to 1499, Gold 1500 to 1799, Elite 1800 to 2199, Legend 2200 and up. The full explanation is on the Gaffer Score page.
