How to read this list

South Africa stays on SAST (UTC+2) all year, one hour ahead of British summer time and two hours ahead of UK winter time.

The official Fantasy Premier League deadline is 90 minutes before the first kickoff of each gameweek, and Gaffer leagues lock 15 minutes after that. Both move when a fixture is rescheduled; the table is rebuilt from the fixture list every few minutes. Open a gameweek for its fixtures, kickoffs and, once played, the top scorers and dream team.

Questions people ask

What time is the FPL deadline in South Africa?

Why does the deadline time in South Africa change during the season?

South Africa stays on SAST (UTC+2) all year, one hour ahead of British summer time and two hours ahead of UK winter time. The official deadline is always 90 minutes before the first kickoff of the gameweek, and the table converts each one exactly for its date.

When do Gaffer leagues lock in South Africa time?

Fifteen minutes after the official deadline, so a last-minute change in the official game can still be copied across. The lock time for every gameweek is in the table, in South Africa time.

Where do these times come from?

From the stored fixture list, which is rebuilt every few minutes, so the deadline moves when a kickoff is moved for television. Each row carries the exact instant in UTC for machines.
