How to compare two FPL players

What each number means
- Total points: fantasy points this season, from stored match data.
- Price: the current price, copied from the official game.
- Points per £m: total points divided by price, the quickest value check between a premium and a budget pick.
- Form: the player's match rating from match data, out of 10.
- Position: goalkeeper, defender, midfielder or forward, which decides how goals and clean sheets score.

How do I compare two FPL players?

Which matters more, total points or points per million?
Total points show who has scored most; points per million show who has scored most for the money. 30 points at £4.5m and 60 points at £9.0m are the same value, 6.7 points per million, so the cheaper player frees £4.5m for the rest of the squad.
